  • Invest in compliance with Shari’a principles in promising technology start-up companies in the MENA region.
  • Add value to the investee companies through leveraging the Fund's sponsors and management contacts and expertise in order to increase the net asset value of the shareholders.
  • Give the shareholders an opportunity to spread and reduce risks by investing in a diversified portfolio of technology companies.
  • Contribute to the development of the technology sector in the MENA countries by investing in promising young technology companies from the region and attracting international successful high tech companies to replicate their business models in the region.
  • After investments are made, we partner with our management teams to form a long-term relationship, often as active board members. We have a demonstrated record of success in building partnerships with our portfolio companies to drive growth, increase market share and revenues and achieve liquidity. We provide strategic direction and advice as part of our contribution on the board, yet allow the executives the freedom to achieve the results.
